October 2025 showed us that while talent is everywhere, one specific region has found the secret formula for success.

Top Performing Retail Sales Executives: The "Uyo Takeover"

We have to call it like we see it. This month, the Uyo team didn’t just come to play; they came to win. In a stunning display of teamwork and market dominance, the Uyo territory swept the entire podium.

To the other regions: Uyo has thrown down the gauntlet!

• Nsikan Andrew (Uyo): 1st Place. Nsikan stands tall at the top of the mountain this month. His ability to maximize sales volume in the retail space is unmatched. He didn't just visit shops; he transformed them into loyal partners.

• Samuel Thomas (Uyo): 2nd Place. Right on Nsikan's heels is Samuel. His consistency and drive ensured that Uyo stayed firmly in control of the leaderboard. An incredible performance!

• Richard Akpan (Uyo): 3rd Place. Completing the hat-trick for Uyo is Richard. His hard work ensured that no other territory could break into the top three.

Rising Stars: Breaking New Ground

While Uyo held the top spots, our Rising Stars list shows that talent is bubbling up across the map from Okoko to Epe and, yes, even more from Uyo. These are the individuals bringing fresh fire to the retail game:

• Ubong Edet (Uyo): (The Uyo energy continues!) Ubong is showing signs of becoming a future top contender.

• Daudu Kareemat (Okoko): Kareemat is putting Okoko on the map with her relentless drive and passion for the job. Watch this space!

• Ariyo Babatunde (Epe): Epe is in good hands with Ariyo, whose growth this month has been fantastic to watch.
